Support - Growing / Managing your team: Can I add more officer roles?

Delaware law requires you to designate a President, a Secretary, and a Treasurer for your company. However, you are also able to add other officers to your company if you choose.

Having a company officer role will give people the ability to sign contracts on the company’s behalf, etc. = it’s not just a title.
