Support - Fundraising 101: How can I close my current fundraising round?

To close your current fundraising round, please go to your Capbase Dashboard > Fundraising > Current round > Close round.
Then, confirm that you are ready to close this round of financing:
Wait for the confirmation message shows up at the bottom of the page.
Note: If you get an error when closing a round, it may be because there are still open invitations or pending documents from the current round. Please cancel any pending invitations or make sure all documents are signed before moving forward.
Once you're ready to open a new round, click on "Open Round" at the top of the page.
