We can close the account on your behalf, but we must first receive verification that the business has a new Delaware Registered Agent before we can do so. The Change of Registered Agent filing on the Delaware website is accessible via the following link:
When you receive the filed paperwork, please submit it to us via live chat or firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can stop the automatic renewal of your Capbase subscription.
