Support - Managing your company: Where's my stamped Certificate of Incorporation?

You’ve recently incorporated with us. Once we receive the stamped Certificate of Incorporation document back from Delaware, it will be added to your Document Room.

If you're still going through your onboarding, you can download this document by scrolling to the Progress so far.... section and clicking on the Download Certificate button:

Once you have full access to your platform, the stamped Certificate of Incorporation (also referred to as articles of incorporation, corporate charter, or just "charter" ) will be located in your Compliance Calendar.

You’ll go to your Compliance Calendar > Past filings, where you’ll find the filed document named Delaware Incorporation. Once you click on the document’s name, it will automatically download as a PDF.

Your filed Certificate of Incorporation should have a stamp from the Delaware Division of Corporations office on the top right corner. It will look like this:

This stamp will contain important information like the filing date and the file number of your incorporation.
