There are a few reasons why you're not being able to terminate a member of your team.

  1. The person has a (pending) label next to their name:

This means that the person hasn't accepted their invitation to join the company and/or hasn't fully signed their paperwork yet. The person will need to fully sign their paperwork in order to be eligible for termination.

  2. The person is a director/officer of the company:

This means that the person you're trying to terminate currently holds a board member or company officer role. Please visit this article to learn how to terminate a board member or company officer.

  3. The person is already under termination:

If the person is already under a termination process, you will see this label next to their name. The person will be removed from your Team page once all the corresponding parties have signed the termination paperwork. This paperwork can be found in the Document Room and can be signed directly through the platform.
