Emma Guo is the co-founder and CEO of Offsyte, a one-stop-shop for discovering and booking team building events. We chat about the challenges that fully remote startups face when building company culture, pivoting and fundraising in the middle of pandemic, and Emma’s previous experience working as an early engineer for Lyft.
